We have had so many inquiries from moms for the little kids that we’ve created a special program just for them! Pony Pals is our pre-lessons program for riders under 7 years of age. Students learn ground skills, how to care for a horse, and take lead line pony rides! Since kids this age have a smaller attention span, most lessons will be a half hour in length. There will be evaluations of the their skill level and competence in performance of basic equine ground skills. Since safety is paramount, these little students must demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable safety procedures and an ability to safely perform basic ground skills in order to progress to the next level of instruction (i.e., riding).
